You are what you eat and do.....just look in the mirror
You are what you eat, it's astoundingly true. When I ate junk food and spent all my free time sedentary I looked and felt horrible. Gradual changes to my diet and level of activity have made a dramatic difference. The more I trained the easier it was to rectify the problems with my diet, and the better I ate the better I felt, making it easier to go and train. Just as eating bad and sedation can become habit so too can a healthy diet and being active, but only easier because we actually desire the positive effects.
